Now that we’re being honest after the last article on light hygiene… there are things I know are very healthy but don’t do them because they don’t mesh with my lifestyle. Sometimes if I think they’re important, I make them mesh.

Here are some more tips that may not have robust support from randomized clinical crossover trials, but my gut still seems to think they’re good. And low cost, not time-intensive, and importantly: relatively convenient.
