Older theories were that it induced a pro-inflammatory environment (or anti-anti-inflammatory), but one of my main conclusions was where it was found. What foods?

As a percentage of what’s actually consumed providing the bulk linoleic acid, it’s snacks, donuts,,, empty calories. So was it the inflammatory or trans fat aspect that causes metabolic problems, or is it confounded?
